    Cost: Your assigned recipe (most meals cost $14-$17 each)

    How does it work?

    This is a great way to try new recipes, share meals, and simplify your meal prep. Each person will prepare one meal for the total number of people signed up (no more than 8). At our meet-up, we’ll swap meals, so you’ll leave with multiple freezer-ready dishes to cook whenever you need!

    We'll finalize the participant list, vote on recipes, and then get cooking! Register early to ensure your spot and help us finalize the list.

    New Year, New Trails: Join MSoN for a Hike at Melville Pond in Portsmouth!

    Kick-off 2025 by enjoying the crisp January air and beautiful scenery with MSoN! Our first hike of the year is perfect for all skill levels, offering scenic views of Melville Pond, Narragansett Bay, and even a small waterfall. It's the ideal way to recharge after the holiday season, with the option to extend the hike if you're feeling adventurous.

    Date: Wednesday, January 22nd

    Time: 10:30 AM (Hitting the trail at 10:40 AM)

    Where: Melville Pond in Portsmouth (Type in Melville Park in GPS)

    We will meet in the small parking lot that is past the Portsmouth RI Dog Park & Newport RV. Carpooling is encouraged! If you're interested, please email Lauren to be added to the carpooling sign-up sheet.


    What to bring:

    • Comfortable walking shoes (the trail is unpaved and will cross over water)
    • Warm clothing—hats, gloves, scarves, and jackets recommended for the January chill
    • Guests and children are welcome (not stroller-friendly)

    Join MSoN for a fun-filled afternoon with the whole family as we cheer on the Providence Bruins vs. the Laval Rocket! Bring your loved ones and enjoy exclusive Party Deck Seating, complete with a delicious buffet, and a private viewing area in the Budweiser Bar & Grill.

    With your ticket, you'll enjoy access to a family-friendly Sports Buffet featuring garden and Caesar salads, hot dogs, chicken tenders, wings, cookies/brownies. Non-alcoholic beverages are included, and you'll have access to a private area in the Budweiser Bar & Grill with a perfect view of the ice, ideal for large groups. Alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase at the full bar.

      Join MSON at McNeill Children's Institute for an Insightful Session on Strategies to Support Sensory, Behavioral, and Social Development and Tour Their New Facility!

      Join us for an engaging session led by a pediatric occupational therapist and a speech-language pathologist. This training will provide a deeper understanding of sensory processing, social skills, and behavior, along with practical strategies for home and school.

      You’ll also have the opportunity to tour McNeill's newly relocated facility, which has not yet been opened to the public. Complimentary coffee and treats will be provided as you learn more about their innovative programs, specially designed to support children and families.
