The Newport Athletic Club has graciously invited the MSON to participate in a free exercise class as well as an open house on Saturday, November 7th.  The class will be at 1030 and they are extending a time for a social in the cafe after the class as well as a family swim.  Below is a link to the club.  Newport Athletic Club offers two hours of child care each day included in the membership, an indoor/outdoor pool, and a wide variety of fitness equipment.
